TICKET ORDERING PROCEDURE

Image:

Please read carefully the following procedure on how to book for matches.

Booking arrangements for 2008/2009 season are as follows:

• All paid up Branch AND One United members will be able to book for any Premier League home game from 10am on SATURDAY 19 JULY 2008. Bookings will only be accepted by calling Ben on 01271 343021

• VERY IMPORTANT.

Non-season tickets holders: Due to the number of members letting us down last season, if you have a confirmed booking for any match, then a £30 deposit for adults or a £20 deposit for juniors (i.e. the coach fare) will be required within 10 days of you making that booking. You will then still pay for the coach fare and ticket on each match day, except for your last game of the season, when you will just pay for your ticket, as your £30 / £20 will be refunded to you.

This is because if you miss a coach during the season, then your original deposit will be used for that trip. If this happens, then a new deposit will be required before your next game; otherwise all subsequent bookings WILL be cancelled. Lastly, if no deposit is received, then the opportunity of a ticket WILL go to the next person on the list.

Season ticket holders: Please can you let the Secretary know at least two weeks before a game whether or not you will be attending and, if not, whether you are happy for the Branch to use the ticket for that game.

• In the event of a rearranged match, it is the responsibility of members to inform the Secretary if the booking is to be carried forward to the new date. This applies to ALL rearranged matches, even those moved from a Saturday to a Sunday. If no contact is made, the original booking will be cancelled.

• If any member cancels 3 bookings without a reasonable explanation, all of the member’s subsequent bookings will be cancelled. No bookings will be taken from non-Branch or non-One United members.

• Finally, it is important that members understand that a booking does not guarantee a match ticket. All bookings are subject to the Branch receiving the allocation from Old Trafford.
